Decision-making is a key skills, and is especially important for management and leadership, both in business, as well as in everyday life.

Problem-solving and decision-making are closely linked, and each requires creativity to identify and develop options. Good decision-making requires a mixture of skills: creative development and identification of options, clarity of judgement, firmness of decision, effective implementation, and ongoing assessment.
