Since 1996, I have been an accomplished professional in adult education. My expertise lies in smart skills training, covering interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, employability skills, and technical skills such as office administration, sales and marketing, and basic computer use. I have successfully worked with diverse audiences, including university students, professionals, job seekers, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and prison inmates. My goal is to empower learners and facilitate their personal and professional growth through my expertise in essential skills training, unwavering commitment to lifelong learning, and student-centric approach.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with reputable organisations, including KPMG, Misco, EMCS, and Jobsplus, developing and delivering training courses, coordinating programmes for long-term unemployed individuals, and organising conferences, seminars, and awareness campaigns.

I am also an author and co-author of publications and training manuals on addictive behaviour, as well as on essential skills. I excel in team management, mentorship, and coaching, leveraging my skills to bring out the best in others.

Combining my extensive experience, passion for education, and commitment to lifelong learning, I ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences through my strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
