Effective communication hardly ever happens only through spoken words. Non-verbal communication is much more important than the uttered words themselves.

This module enables participants to understand the importance of key issues that influence the effectiveness of communication such as two -way versus one -way communication, gestures, posture, tone and pitch of voice, interference, cultural and physiological diversity, impressions, and preconception.
