Overview

Conflicts are often regarded as negative experiences that should be avoided no matter what.

When conflicts arise, some tend to pretend that the conflicts are simply not there and ignore them altogether. Others wish that they get resolved on their own. Yet, others just impose what, at the time, seems to be the best solution.

Not everyone considers conflicts as a natural part of the process, which could bring a breath of fresh air.

During this module, delegates will discover the positive side of conflicts if resolved properly, and the negative side if mismanaged. Also, issues such as consensus, compromise, motivation and trust will be dealt with throughout the session.
