Overview

Self-Awareness is the appreciation of oneself as a unique and worthwhile individual, different from other people.

During this module, participants will make a personal journey and see situations from another’s point of view. They gain self-awareness by analysing their behaviour and body language while giving expression to thoughts and feelings.

This skill also helps delegates develop the ability to evaluate themselves objectively while identifying their skills and needs, empowering them to take control over themselves rather then letting others manage them.

This skill makes participants better at decision-making.
