Overview

Delegation builds trust, develops skills in those to whom the tasks have been delegated, and frees the leader to work on other things.

During this module, participants learn the steps of effective delegation, being delegating responsibility and authority, offering support and encouragement, knowing when, what and to whom to delegate, and overseeing the tasks that have been assigned.
