Since 1996, I’ve been on a mission to empower learners for personal and professional growth. As a seasoned adult education professional, I specialise in smart skills training, including interpersonal, intrapersonal, employability, and technical skills. My experience spans diverse groups: university students, professionals, job seekers, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and even prison inmates.

I deliver modules in project management, training and development, and managing people at Level 5 diplomas in HR Management, and Leadership & Management.

Partnering with renowned organisations like KPMG, Misco, EMCS, and Jobsplus, I’ve developed and delivered training courses and coordinated programmes for middle and top managers, students taking courses in management, employees at all levels, and the long-term unemployed.

As an author and co-author, I’ve contributed to publications and training manuals on addictive behaviour, essential skills, and stress management.

My leadership in team management, mentorship, and coaching brings out the best in others.
