What is the philosophy behind your education initiative?
The philosophy behind my education initiative is that education should never end and there is always something new to learn. So, I provide a wide range of high-value training experiences that can inspire learners to achieve their goals, whether it’s personal or professional growth. I believe in keeping pace with the dynamic and ever-changing world and strive to provide quality courses that help learners become the best version of themselves, one skill at a time.
What is the goal of your education initiative?
The goal of my education initiative is geared towards empowering learners to achieve their full potential by focusing on their strengths and interests. The goal is to help learners expand their knowledge, improve their skills, build their self-confidence, and enhance their overall well-being. The courses are designed to keep learners motivated and adaptable to change, while avoiding burnout and mental health issues. In addition to broadening horizons, my courses aim to help learners acquire valuable skills that will make them more marketable in the future job market. By fulfilling their curiosity about new topics and learning about things they are interested in, participants can take advantage of the opportunity to improve their portfolios and reach peak performance.

My vision is to be a successful and respected educator that launches trainees into their future. My mission is to help course participants develop both personally and professionally, quickly, and efficiently, by providing them with high-value academic and experiential training courses. I aim to empower lifelong learners and help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

My vision of becoming a successful and respected student-centric trainer aligns with my mission of helping course participants develop both personally and professionally in several ways. By focusing on student-centric learning and providing high-value academic and experiential training courses, I aim to enable learners to become the best version of themselves, one skill at a time. By helping learners achieve both personal and professional growth, my courses aim to launch them into their future, fulfilling the vision of becoming a respected and successful student-centric educator.
What is your background and experience as a course creator and trainer?
I am a course creator and a learning and development trainer with almost three decades of experience in the training sphere. During this time, I have designed and delivered training courses for a diverse audience, including university and nursing students, teachers, school administrators, professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry, just to mention a few. I have also created and delivered interpersonal and intrapersonal skills courses for job seekers, secondary school students, young people, parents, immigrants, prison inmates, and more. I am proud to have collaborated with organisations like KPMG Ltd, Misco, EMCS Advisory Ltd, and Jobsplus as a trainer and career advisor.
What inspired you to become a learning and development trainer?
My passion for continuing education and my belief that there is always something new to learn inspired me to become a learning and development trainer. I have a strong commitment to empowering lifelong learners and am dedicated to helping individuals develop both personally and professionally quickly and efficiently.
What kind of courses do you offer and what is the focus of these courses?
I offer a wide range of courses with a focus on both theoretical and practical activities. My courses are designed to empower lifelong learners and equip them with important interpersonal and intrapersonal skills that can help them achieve both their personal and professional goals. I also offer courses that equip learners with technical skills, allowing them to grasp the methods, processes, procedures, and techniques behind completing their work. My sessions are complemented with group discussions, group work, presentations, simulations, problem-solving activities, and hands-on tasks.

I employ multiple teaching methods of learning that have been designed to suit the learner’s preferred learning style and pace, and that support the development of the individual and their career. My sessions are complemented with group discussions, group work, presentations, simulations, problem-solving activities, and hands-on tasks. This approach ensures an immersive learning experience for learners and helps them complete their learning journey successfully.

I offer several modes of learning to suit different learning styles and pace. Learners can choose from flexible on-demand asynchronous online courses that can be taken anytime, anywhere, classroom-based face-to-face interaction, blended learning, which combines online and offline courses, on-site and on-the-job courses for companies, and bespoke courses specifically designed around the needs of each organisation where companies select the most relevant modules to bridge the skill gaps of their workforce.

The opportunity to work with such high-profile organisations and develop courses for their clients allowed me to gain valuable insights into the needs and challenges faced by job seekers and professionals in various industries. This, in turn, helped me to create training courses that are not only relevant and valuable but also able to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
