Shut Up

Wild plants grow where they are not wanted and are in competition with cultivated plants. They do not need to be watered. They do not need sun. They just grow. They grow through cracks where no other living organism can make it. They take over the entire area in no time, effortlessly.

The same with negative thoughts. They swamp your positivity, causing you to go into negative mode – a damning free-fall called over-thinking.

When your negative thoughts tell you, “No, you cannot do it!”, shout at the top of your voice, “Shut up. It surely won’t be you who will stop me!”

Believe me. It works.
